22 October 2015: Aston Martin RapidE concept revealed

According to Aston Martin, the RapidE was developed with Williams Advanced Engineering. No details have been released about the vehicle’s electric drivetrain, so we have no idea how many kilowatts it packs, its range or performance figures.

The concept previewed the production ‘Rapide E’ due to be revealed sometime in 2019, complete with 450kW and 900Nm. According to the British marque, it’s first EV will be capable of hitting 60mph (97km/h) in less than four seconds and hit a top speed of 250km/h.
