Toyota has shaken off generations of dull design with the new Corolla, giving it a sharp new face to match its more dynamic TNGA underpinnings – and the new look is a winner, according to our latest poll.
Revealed at the Geneva motor show, and displayed again last week in New York, the new Corolla represents a radical departure from its predecessor.
Those edgy new looks are backed by a longer (4370mm, +40mm) body and wheelbase (+2640mm, +40mm), along with a wider (1790mm, +30mm) body and lower roof (1435mm, -25mm).
The people on our Facebook page have responded, with 59 per cent saying they’d take a Corolla over the Mk7.5 Volkswagen Golf.
